It has a great program I am sore in places I never though I could get sore and I have lost 5 pounds of fat and am putting on some muscle my bench had gone up to 315 witch too me forever but on this program I got in a 2 weeks

The shirt is long enough to go past my waist and down my backside, I got the extra large because I’m 6’2, 250 pounds. It fits perfect in the chest and stomach area, and it’s not super tight on the arms but tight enough to make it look like you are Swole.
